Fair questions
Do I own my domain?
Yes. It’s registered in your name. If you ever leave, it goes with you and we’ll help you move it.
When do I pay?
Only once you’ve seen your finished site and you’re happy with it. Then it’s £220 to go live, paid by card on a secure payment page, and £39 a month from the day it’s live. If you don’t like it, you don’t pay. How it works
What if I want to cancel?
There’s no long contract. Give us one month’s notice and that’s it. Your domain stays yours.
How fast is it live?
Usually about 7 days from our first call. The main thing that speeds it up is getting your photos over quickly.
What do I need to do?
A quick call, some photos of your work (phone photos are fine) and a look at the draft. We write it, build it and set it all up.
Can I change things later?
Any time. Text us new photos, prices or services and we’ll update it. That’s what the monthly fee is for.
Will I be top of Google?
Nobody honest can promise that. What we can do is get the basics right: a fast site, a complete Business Profile and your reviews on show. That puts you in good shape to be found, and gives people a reason to pick you when they do.
